Box Office Hours

The Box Office at the Palace Theatre is open 10am-6pm Monday through Saturday and closed Sunday. The Box Office at the Rich Forum is only open for shows at the Forum, starting 2 hours prior to the performance. The Box Office will remain open through the intermission of the last performance of the day.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are not available, except in the case of performance cancellation. Exchanges are only available for productions with multiple performances and will be processed at the cost of $2 per ticket. If you cannot attend, as a not-for-profit arts organization, Stamford Center for the Arts accepts unused tickets as donations. Please return your tickets to the box office before performance to obtain a tax receipt.

Accessibility

Both SCA Rich Forum and Palace Theatre are equipped with ramps, elevators and seating to accommodate wheelchairs. Wheelchair accessible restrooms are also located at both theatres. When ordering your tickets, please be sure to advise the Box Office of any special requirements.

Hearing Impaired

Infrared system headsets are available in both theatres. Please contact the house manager when you arrive.

Gift Certificates

Tickets to a performance at SCA make a great gift. Gift certificates in any denomination can be purchased through the box office at 203-325-4466 or on-line at www.scalive.org

Children

SCA discourages the attendance at shows by children under the age of four. A ticket must be purchased for any child, regardless of age, requiring a seat.

Latecomers

Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management and in seats that avoid disrupting other patrons and the performance. Please check your tickets for the theatre location and show time.

Cameras and Recording Devices

Actors' Equity Association, The American Federation of Musicians and Federal Law prohibit the use of cameras and recording devices at any performance.

Attention Physicians

Please leave your name and seat number with the house manager. Should you be called during a performance, an usher will notify you at your seat. Please, if you carry a beeper or phone, follow this same procedure and leave your beeper or phone with the house manager.

Parking

Show your ticket stub at either the 300 Atlantic Street Garage or the Landmark Square Garage and save $1.

Rich Forum patrons may use the parking garage at 300 Atlantic Street, located at the corner of Atlantic and Tresser Boulevard, or the Bell Street Garage.
